Is the NORM 2 waterproof? Yes. NORM 2 is tested to 5 ATM.

Can I change the strap and what strap does it fit? Yes. The NORM 2 case fits any standard 20 mm strap, and the strap can be changed using the quick-release/easy-release mechanism on the strap itself.

What is the size and weight of the NORM 2 The NORM 2 has a 42 mm case width and a 11 mm case thickness in black metal. On the back, the sensor area curves out by an additional 2 mm, and the total weight of the watch is 70 g.

How is the battery life on the NORM 2 Battery life is set by the manufacturer to 7–10 days with typical use, plus up to 30 days of standby when using hands movement only. Actual battery life depends on how often you use the display and functions, and in testing it has typically been charged every 7–9 days.

Will the hands cover the display when receiving a message or notification? No. When a message or notification appears, the hands automatically move to 3 and 9 to reduce interference and keep the text easy to read.

Why is the screen black & white and can I change it? The NORM 2 is designed with an exclusive black and white screen layout to minimize distractions and keep a unique, minimal aesthetic. The display cannot be changed to color.

Can I browse old messages and texts Yes. The NORM 2 saves your messages, so you can go back and view previous texts in the message menu.

How do I change the language of the app? On iOS, you can change the app language in your phone settings. Go to Settings → Apps → NORM → Language, then select your preferred language. On Android, language switching isn’t available yet—we’re working on it and it will be added soon.

Is the charger included? Yes. The charging base is included with the NORM 2, you just need to provide a USB-C power source.

What screen does the NORM 2 have? The NORM 2 uses an AMOLED display.

Can I answer messages or calls directly from the NORM 2? No. At this time, you can’t reply to messages or answer calls directly from the watch.

Does the NORM 2 support NFC? No. The NORM 2 does not support NFC at the moment.

  Each watch is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.
  
  All orders include full tracking, and once the package arrives in your country it will be delivered by your local mail carrier.

  Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
  
  You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
  

• Returns & Refunds:
  You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@normdenmark.com with your order number. Returns must be approved first. Return shipping is usually paid by the customer (except defective/incorrect items). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
