2. Orders and payments

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Norm Denmark.

Order cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
  • Product or service availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity
If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

3. Shipping

We offer international shipping to destinations worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

7 to 12 working days
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not liable for delays due to incorrect address details or carrier delays outside our control.

4. Returns and refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return process

  1. Contact support at support@normdenmark.com and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including our designated return address in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is normally paid by the customer, except where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • You are free to choose your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable service.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of refund approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to process.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund without return
In some cases where return shipping would be unreasonable (for example, low-value items sent from distant regions), we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.

5. International duties and taxes

Prices displayed on the Site may not include import duties or taxes for your region. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your local authorities unless otherwise stated.

When available, Norm Denmark may offer tax-inclusive pricing for selected regions, but this does not guarantee exemption from all import charges in every market.
