1) The Norm Two
The Norm Two is a hybrid smartwatch:
- Traditional mechanical hands show the time.
- A round AMOLED touchscreen sits underneath.
- One side button controls power and menus (and allows scrolling on screens).
- Tracks activity, heart rate, sleep, and connects to your phone via the NORM app.
2) Getting started
What’s in the box

Power on / off
- Turn on / off: press and hold the side button for 3 seconds.
- Force restart: press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
Wake the screen
- Press the side button once.
3) Button & touch controls
Side button
- Screen off: press once to wake.
- Watch face: press to open the app menu.
- Inside apps: press to move between pages.
- Rotate: scroll long pages.
Touch gestures (from the watch face)
- Swipe up: Notifications (calls, messages, apps).
- Swipe down (on time/date screen): Quick settings.
- Swipe left / right: Main feature pages (activity, heart rate, sleep, music, etc.).
4) Pairing with your phone
Install the app
- Download the companion app for iOS (9.3+) or Android (5.5+).
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
Pair the watch
- Turn on the watch and choose a language.
- Open the app.
- Select the watch from the device list.

Do not pair from your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Pair inside the NORM app.

5) Time calibration (important)
Because Norm Two uses mechanical hands, time calibration is required.
Automatic (if available)
- Use the app’s scan calibration.
- Point your phone camera at the watch (or use the in-app guide).
- Hands move automatically to the correct time.
Manual
- Adjust hour and minute hands using + / – controls in the app.
- Align hands with the guide line on the watch face — both hands pointing at 12.
- Save when finished.
Most common mistake: setting the hands to the correct time manually.
Calibration requires both hands aligned at 12 first — the watch then sets the time automatically.
7) Daily activity tracking

Tips
- Open the app daily to sync data.
- Activity goals can be set in the app.
8) Health features
Heart rate
- Open the Heart Rate screen for automatic measurement.
- Results appear after ~20 seconds.
- Swipe up for history.
- App settings allow automatic monitoring and heart rate alerts.
Sleep tracking
- Automatically tracks sleep based on preset sleep times.
- View total sleep, deep sleep, and light sleep.
- Swipe up to see sleep history.
Breathing exercise
- 2-minute guided breathing session.
- Follow on-screen prompts.

10) Smart features
Notifications
- Swipe up (time/date screen) to view calls, messages, emails, and social app notifications.
- Manage notification types in the app: Settings → Notifications.
- Includes inactivity and goal reminders.
Music control
- Start music/podcasts on your phone first.
- Control play/pause, track change, and volume from the watch.
Weather
- View current weather and forecasts.
- Swipe up to see the 3-day forecast.
11) Quick settings (swipe down)
From the watch face, swipe down to access:
- Battery level
- Brightness
- Vibration on/off
- Bluetooth status
- QR code (for app link and pairing — if available)
- Find my phone
12) Charging & care
Charging
- Place the watch correctly on the charging dock.
- Adjust the position if charging does not start.
Water & wear
- Water resistant — ATM 5.
- Avoid strong impacts.
- Clean regularly and avoid wearing too tightly.
13) Battery & troubleshooting
Battery tips
- Shorter screen-on time saves power.
- Turn on fewer notifications.
- Lower brightness and vibration strength.
- Even with no screen power, the hands can continue running for up to 30 days.
If the watch freezes
- Press and hold the button for 10 seconds to restart.
