The NORM smartwatch is beautiful, and clean looking. The quality is excellent. I got it as a gift for my wife, and she loved it- my only complaint is the included strap is relatively “stiff-firm”, and a softer/more pliable strap would be preferred. I would also like to complement the superb, thoughtful customer service I received- I could not have hoped for better. An excellent experience, dealing with NORM, and I’d recommend their watch!!
